AG says Uganda cannot allow lose lives to COVID 19

The Attorney General of Uganda Hon. William Byaruhanga has tasked leaders to sensitize people and make them understand that all the COVID 19 preventive guidelines put by President Museveni are to ensure
that the Country doesn’t lose lives. According to Byaruhanga, because the country has not registered any
COVID 19 death, some people think the government is fighting a shadow and mistreating Ugandans with the lockdown which he says is not true.

The Attorney General was yesterday speaking to the media shortly after handing over 20 million shillings to the District COVID 19 task force.
The RDC Kabarole Mr. Asiimwe Steven who is the Chairperson Task force,and Richard Rwabuhinga the Kabarole LCV commended the Attorney General for the support and pledged to properly utilize the funds
