Kabarole Lays Shs33.5Bn Budget 2020/2021

Kabarole district has laid the budget worth shs 33.5bn for the Financial Year 2020/21 and the 5 year district plan.
The budget was presented to Council by Mr.Kisembo Augustine Babuza the secretary Finance and Administration during the district council held at district headquarters Kitumba today. According to Mr. Kisembo , who is also the district councilor Mugusu Town Council, the shs33.5Bn budget prioritizes Education sector with shs11.2bn, followed by production shs7.7Bn,Health shs5.1Bn,Roads 1.6Bn Lower Local Government shs1.7Bn among others. In his speech, the district chairman Mr.Rwabuhinga Richard told the councilors that this financial budget has been aligned in the 5 year district development plan 2020/2025. He asked the councilors to scrutinize and observe critically the sectoral priorities for consideration in the next council sitting. The chairman advised the councilors to mobilize the people towards embracing the government programs and the technocrats ensure project implementation for our people to get proper service delivery.
